These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and JKC88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the JKC88 platform — including placing bets, participating in promotions, using the live casino, or making deposits or withdrawals — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the JKC88 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the JKC88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
Age Verification: JKC88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under 21, their Account will be suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withheld pending review. Real Money Funds will be returned in accordance with applicable law.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the JKC88 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. JKC88 does not accept fictitious, misleading, or false registration details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. JKC88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security. You agree to notify JKC88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
JKC88 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal or following a deposit above a specified threshold. Required documents typically include a copy of your national identification card (MyKad), proof of address (e.g., a utility bill issued within 3 months), and — where relevant — proof of payment method ownership. JKC88 reserves the right to suspend Account withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
By using the JKC88 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination:
Platform Availability: JKC88 aims to provide uninterrupted access to its Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. JKC88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
JKC88 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Malaysian payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method (starting from RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for FPX bank transfers). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. JKC88 does not charge transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard fees.
Deposits are credited to your Account promptly following successful payment authorisation — typically within minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by JKC88's payments team. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed in under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit, where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. JKC88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as set out in Section 7.

All Bets placed on JKC88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. JKC88 reserves the right to void any Bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances involving system faults, manipulation, or suspicious activity.
JKC88 offers sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and numerous other competitions. Available markets include Asian Handicap, Over-Under, 1X2, and live in-play betting. Odds are displayed in real time and are subject to change prior to the placement of a Bet. Once a Bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are binding.
A Bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a specified period; the event is declared incomplete or abandoned; odds were published in error; or JKC88 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. In the event a Bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.

All content on the JKC88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of JKC88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JKC88 Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of JKC88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JKC88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial damages or losses.
JKC88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the User's Account Balance at the time of the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the JKC88 Platform. JKC88 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your betting or gaming activity. Please gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose.
You may close your JKC88 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
JKC88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to JKC88 or other users of the Platform.
In the event of termination for cause, JKC88 reserves the right to withhold all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and to recover any amounts previously paid out in error.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JKC88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent JKC88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property or confidential information.
JKC88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the JKC88 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
